  1. All Bow Tie pieces are made to order. Standard designs are typically crafted in 5 to 7 business days, while custom pieces take at least 3 weeks. Once ready, every order ships via FedEx Next Day delivery — fully insured, with tracking sent the moment it's on the way.

  2. It is sent by email with a code they use at checkout on bowtielabdiamonds.com. Choose $2,000, $3,000, $5,000, $7,500 or $10,000. It never expires.

  3. We accept returns within 15 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date on standard pieces. Customer-initiated returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a $50 return shipping fee ($100 international), deducted from your refund. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. See our Refund Policy for full details.
