Ready-made pieces are made in 5–7 days and ship free by FedEx, next day, fully insured. Custom pieces take at least three weeks. To arrive before Christmas, order by Nov 30 for custom and Dec 10 for ready-made.
02What if she wants to return it?
Ready-made pieces can be returned within 15 days of delivery, unworn and with everything they came with; a restocking fee and return shipping fee apply. Custom pieces are final sale. Full policy
03Is it certified?
Every piece is made with lab-grown diamonds. Center stones of 1 ct and above come with an IGI report; smaller stones carry the Bow Tie certificate, checked by our gemologist.
04What if the ring size is wrong?
One resize is included. You cover the shipping.
