All Bowtie Diamond pieces are custom-made. 💎

Production begins immediately after your order is placed and requires a minimum of 14 business days before shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking details.

 

Domestic Shipping (USA)

All shipments are sent exclusively via FedEx and are fully insured at no extra cost to you.

• Ground (3–5 business days): Complimentary

• Two-Day Shipping: Additional fee

• Overnight Shipping: Additional fee

• Note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔄 RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bowtie Diamond jewelry. We are pleased to offer free returns within 15 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

 

Return Window & Initiation

• Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

• Returns are free of charge. We will provide a fully insured return shipping label once your request is approved.

 

Condition for Approved Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn and unaltered

• In its exact original condition

• Returned with all original certificates, boxes, and accessories

• Please note: Every diamond is unique. Any signs of wear, alteration, resizing, or damage will void the return eligibility.

 

Inspection & Refund Process

• All returned items are subject to a strict internal quality inspection upon arrival at our facility.

• Refunds will only be processed after the piece passes this inspection and we confirm there are no signs of wear.

• Bowtie Diamond reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
