Full payment before we begin — no deposits. Custom pieces are final sale.
03What if I don't know what I want yet?
Text Eric a photo, a sketch or simply your budget. We'll help you find it.
04Can I change the design after the CAD?
Yes. Band width and small details are adjusted at no extra cost. A full redesign is quoted separately.
05Can you remake a piece I already own?
We make new pieces only — we don't remake or reset existing jewelry.
06Can I visit?
We're a working atelier in NYC's Diamond District, not a retail showroom, and purchases are made online. You can watch our work at @envyubowtie.manufacture and @envyubowtie.setting.
