    After payment, we send video, photos and the certificate number. Not the one? We keep looking, at no extra cost.

    See your piece in 3D before it's made. Small changes, like band width, are free. A full redesign is quoted separately.

    Set, finished and polished on 47th Street, and checked by Eric before it ships. At least 3 weeks from CAD approval.

    After full payment we send the stone's video, photos and certificate. If it isn't the one, we keep looking at no extra cost.

  3. 03CAD for your approval

    Band width and small details are adjusted freely. A full redesign is quoted separately.

  4. 04Up to 25 ct

    From a fine band to a statement center stone, sized to what you have in mind.

  5. 05Made by hand in the Diamond District

    Set and finished on 47th Street, New York. Custom pieces take at least three weeks from CAD approval.

  6. 06Same-day replies

01How long does a custom piece take?

At least 3 weeks from CAD approval. Ready-made pieces are made in 5–7 days. Every order ships free by FedEx, fully insured.

02How does payment work?

Full payment before we begin — no deposits. Custom pieces are final sale.

03What if I don't know what I want yet?

Text Eric a photo, a sketch or simply your budget. We'll help you find it.

04Can I change the design after the CAD?

Yes. Band width and small details are adjusted at no extra cost. A full redesign is quoted separately.

05Can you remake a piece I already own?

We make new pieces only — we don't remake or reset existing jewelry.

06Who will I be talking to?
